The working standard

Direct contact.
Clear accountability.

MARK & MEASURE is designed around the detail that matters: knowing who you can reach, what the work includes and what the next step is.

01

Local means reachable.

A direct point of contact matters when you are considering a repair, managing a space or trying to describe work that is hard to explain in an app.

02

Scope before noise.

We would rather start with useful information—photos, a description, timing and location—than turn a practical project into a generic job ticket.

03

Proof belongs to the work.

This site is prepared for real project records, original imagery, customer-approved feedback and current business documentation—not borrowed trust signals.

M/04Material note

A material-led approach

Good work respects the condition in front of it.

The purpose of a first conversation is to understand the actual repair or refresh—not to manufacture an instant answer.

A note on safe coordination

Electrical work requires the right licensed contractor.

When a project involves electrical scope, the work should be handled by the Licensed Electrical Contractor responsible for that work and its required documentation. MARK & MEASURE can discuss coordinated planning in an estimate request.
